These terms describe the retail subscriptions, multi-account packages and reseller packages offered on cordcutnorth.com. Your term, account count and total amount are confirmed in the order conversation before payment.

Plans and prices

• Retail plans — 1 month: 6.95 USD ; 3 months: 14.95 USD ; 6 months: 19.95 USD ; 12 months: 29.95 USD.
• Multi-account packages, 12 months per separate account — 2 accounts: 49.95 USD ; 3 accounts: 74.95 USD ; 4 accounts: 99.95 USD ; 5 accounts: 119.95 USD.
• Reseller packages — 60 credits: 99.95 USD ; 120 credits: 149.95 USD.

Prices are in United States dollars (USD) and cover the displayed term or package. Displayed prices include taxes and payment fees. Our team confirms the amount for your chosen offer before payment. Third-party player apps may charge their own fees separately from our subscription.

Ordering and payment

Order buttons open WhatsApp with your selected plan. Tell us your country and device so we can check your setup. Our team confirms payment arrangements: credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. This website does not collect payments through an on-site payment form.

After payment, send the receipt or confirmation screenshot. Keep the reference, amount and date visible; hide card numbers, security codes, balances and information unrelated to the order.

Activation and digital delivery

Activation is instant after our team confirms payment. Confirmation time depends in part on the payment method. Login details and setup help are delivered on WhatsApp. Email delivery is available on request. Our main access method uses an Xtream Codes login.

Devices and separate accounts

A standard subscription activates one device. A multi-account package includes a distinct account for each device, with 12 months of service per account. It is not one shared login for multiple devices. Contact support before changing your device or if you need additional accounts. Keep your login details private.

Free trial and compatibility

You can request a free 6–24 hour trial before buying. Your trial duration and arrangements are confirmed in the conversation with our team. Test your device, app and preferred content. App menus, features and capabilities vary by version and device.

Term and renewal

Each subscription is paid once for the selected term. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. When the term expires, contact us on WhatsApp if you want to renew and pay for a new period. You can choose not to renew without cancelling a recurring payment.

Reseller packages

Both packages include dashboard access, a video guide and our assistance. One credit equals one month of service for one client. Credits do not expire. Contact us on WhatsApp to buy additional credits. Dashboard access and guides are delivered after confirmed payment on WhatsApp, or by email on request.

Resellers manage their own commercial relationships and client information. A package does not replace their legal obligations or provide general permission to redistribute third-party content.

Catalogue, apps and use

The catalogue changes over time. Ask us to confirm the channels or titles you want before buying; website lists show groups and categories. Use the service and apps in accordance with content owners’ rights and rules applicable to your use. Third-party apps and brands are not presented as CordCut North partners.

Support and refunds

Support is available 24/7. To help us resolve an issue, provide your device model, app, error message and the checks you tried, without exposing passwords in screenshots. Retail subscriptions and reseller packages have different arrangements explained in our refund policy.
